I ordered the Agaro Electric Mini Chopper from Amazon. When I tried it the first time, it worked fine, but from the second use, it stopped working. I initially thought it was a charging issue, but even after charging, it didn’t work. Unfortunately, by then the 10-day return period on Amazon was over.I contacted Agaro Customer Support, and I must say they were extremely helpful. I think I interacted with Monalisa, who guided me patiently through the basic troubleshooting steps and followed up regularly. Eventually, they arranged a replacement, and I received a new unit.I used the replacement yesterday, and it’s working perfectly well. Really appreciate the quick support and professionalism of Team Agaro. Thanks for the help!
